L'Oreal Haul

L'Oreal had three for two on their L'Oreal products and I'd run out of my two favourite eyeshadows from them, so I picked up the telescopic flash mascara and the Flash lash sculpt I love them both. Then I also picked up a couple of lip products mainly because I wanted to try out the gold collection which is like a metallic sheen to the lipstick which I particularly love in the nude shade and then I picked up a lip kit, which had a lipstick and lip liner for the price of a lipstick, so I was pleased with that. So far I knew I loved the mascaras because they're both repurchases and then the lip products I love.

Thanks for reading. x.

Boots haul

Hello,

Today was a boots day, I found myself needed some general things from boots and then I decided to by other things that I also needed and then I headed to the makeup aisle which was awesome and then I realised that the NYX stand was fully stocked and I really needed another white eyeliner which I needed and I think it's quite decent although so far I haven't found one that I love and is really opaque. Then I also got another of the suede liquid lipstick which was great and I love the formula and it has decent lasting power.

Then I also picked up a BB cream from L'Oreal which I really wanted just as something that is a lot light weight on my skin and I really like it for days when I don't want to wear as heavy duty foundations. And I also wanted to try out the new Natural Collection Brow gel which is one of the best I've tried so far and it makes my eyebrows look a lot fuller which is great!

Have you been shopping recently? Let me know if there's anything else I should pick up?

L'Oreal Elvive extraordinary clay

Hello,

So I picked up this collection as I have particularly greasy hair and used to have to wash my hair every day but I'm trying to train my hair to not need as many washes so I've now been trying these out for about three weeks. And so far so good I can leave my hair for about 72hours before washing it again and that's perfect for me and means I don't feel like I'm stripping my hair every day and hopefully it will make it grow better and be more healthy if I allow the natural oils to be in my hair.

L'Oreal sculpt contour

Hello,

Today I've been loving this contour product! I've particularly been enjoying cream contour products recently and I really like this product, particularly the contour side, which for me is the perfect colour and shade for my skin tone and I love it. The highlight side is lovely and really nice but a heads up it's definitely a partial pink tone rather than a neutral colour so might not work for you if you've got a very yellow skin tone.

Foundation comparison

Hello,

Today I wanted to look at my foundations...

No7 airbrush away foundation - I did love this foundation but now it doesn't see to sit on my skin very well which is annoying. But perhaps it might have gone off which is why the foundations is sitting strangely on my skin, but I won't be repurchasing it.

L'Oreal infallible 24hr-matte foundation - I love this foundation and have repurchased it since. The foundation matches my skin tone better and remains matte all day which is perfect. and I think I'll continue to repurchase this foundation since then.

L'Oreal lumi magique foundation - I love this foundation, it's great that it has a pump and I also love the staying power of the foundation and then I also enjoyed the fact that it's not quite as matte as my other foundations and it matches my skin tone well.

Bourjois City radiance foundation - I love this foundation, it's perfect and I can't get over how nice it makes my skin look. Then I also like how easy it is to blend across the skin. A small point I also had the bourjois air matte foundation and this really doesn't match my skin tone, so I gave it to a friend.

Contour product comparison

Loves -
Diego dalla Palma this contour palette is stunning, there are two shades of contour, two highlights and a blush. This is lovely and I find myself reaching for this a lot. The palette is great for travel and also the contour shades are true contours as they're slightly grey tinted compared the the warmer toned orange brown for normal bronzers. This also looks very similar to the Anastasia Beverly hills kit.

Smashbox contour kit in light - I've had this palette for a while and I've been loving it, they're so good and I've used this palette so much! Can't recommend it enough if you can spare the money as it's quite pricey. But definitely worth the money.

If you're on a budget I'd recommend that you cheek out the L'Oreal sculpt palette, Topshop cream contour and the freedom contour and highlight stick they're all really nice and very bendable, but all of them are cream so bare that in mind and set them with a translucent powder if you can.

Then I also wanted to mention Hoola bronzer and Topshop mohawk bronzer. These aren't contour products but I'd like to point out the fact that they weren't contour but I just like these products anyway!

L'Oreal False lash sculpt

Hello,

Today I got a new mascara, and I have to admit I love it! This is awesome and it really goes through my eyelashes well and causes them to remain curled for a few hour! I really like it as the wand really combs through my lashes and coats them all.
