Max factor Marilyn lipsticks

Hello,

So today's review is of two of the four Marilyn lipsticks for Max factor, due to Marilyn Monroe's classic red lipstick all the lipsticks are red. The two shades I have are Marilyn Berry and Marilyn Cabernet. 

I really like the lipsticks, the packaging for one I love, the red and gold look great together, the packing feels sturdy and expensive. Also the smell of the lipstick is fresh and the lipsticks feel great on the lips and have a good amount of staying power.

Max factor excess shimmer in Copper

Hello,

Today I've got the cream eyeshadow that I intend to use in combination with eyeshadow on christmas day! The colour I hope you'll agree with me is a gorgeous antique gold and I think it'll hopefully be a quick sweep of the eyeshadow across my lids to create a lovely finished look. 

The textured it less like a gel and more of a whipped consistency, but it comes sealed and the pot shuts tightly to prevent any drying out problems which may occur. The product doesn't crease on me, but I always use another eyeshadow primer underneath, namely my trusty urban decay primer potion which is the best primer I've ever tried! Back onto the product at hand I would definitely recommend that you try this product out, but it was on the pricier side of cream eyeshadows at £7.99 which is more than the Bourjois and Maybelline pot eyeshadows which I've also tried and loved, but they're more of a gel consistency.

Max factor Creme puff blush

Ok, so I may possibly now own all 6 shades of the Max factor blushes, because I absolutely love them, they're awesome and I can't get enough of them! Basically they're so easy to blend on the cheek, they have the right amount of pigmentation! I love the packaging too, really compact and easy to travel with, the colours are all very wearable, and I would say that my favourite colour out of all of them would be Lavish mauve, it's really beautiful!
