Kat Von D

So needless to say I was really excited when I realised that Kat Von D was coming to Debenhams! Needless to say I've been obsessed with Kat Von D ever since I first saw her on Miami Ink (A reality TV show) And I've followed her ever since. I think that she's so talented and I love her look. So I really wanted to try out her products. Particularly the liquid lipsticks are really lovely and I love the colours I chose, the lipstick is great and a standout product by far is the liner, particularly because it lasts so long on my eyelids and won't budge.

Sleek VIP lipsticks A/W

First off WOW! 

There was three for two on sleek and I was looking for their new palette but it was sold out, so I decided to pick up these lipsticks instead. And I'm really impressed. They're so creamy and feel in my opinion a lot like the original Clinique colour pop lipsticks. They don't have incredible wear, but if you blot and apply another layer then I find that they last a good 6 hours or until you next eat. Now can we talk about the packaging! Whether you store your lipsticks upright or on their side you can see the colour which makes it really easy to pick on. And the black packaging is really chic and looks a lot more expensive than the £5 or so that I paid for the product. Overall I'm really pleased and looking forward to getting a lot of wear out of these in the coming winter months.

Rimmel Kate nudes

These are some really nice nudes in this collection but the other colours washed out my skin tone, so I just opted for these two. One is a lovely brown which I've been loving at the moment! Can't get enough of brown lipsticks which I think is a bit of a 90's throw back! And then the other nude is a slightly peach toned nude which I'm loving for days when I just need to throw on a lip colour which I don't mind if it potentially smudges. These lipsticks are really creamy they have a nice smell to them and for £5.49 I think it's a really good deal for them!

KIKO everlasting love lipstick

Hello,

Todays review is of the kiko everlasting love lipstick in 05. This lipstick is really creamy and stains the lips if blotted. The shape of the lipstick is novel as it in the shape of a love heart, I love the deep colour of the lipstick and it's very similar to Rimmel 107 which I like. The silver bullet shaped packaging is really classy and I like it a lot. Then I also love the smell, it's a nice vanilla scent which is perfect. All in all the only thing I can fault this lipstick on is that the shape of the bullet makes it difficult to make a precise application on the lips.

KIKO smooth temptation lipsticks

Hello,

Today's review is of the kiko smooth temptation lipsticks. I have the shades 04, 06, 05. The lipstick formula is extremely creaming which means it doesn't last as long as other lipsticks but they're really nice and I like the formula for various reasons then I also like the packaging, as it's a long thin stick so allows precise application of the product which I like then I also like the colour selection. Also a heads up if you want to try these then I'd get them quick as I'm pretty sure that they're about to be discontinued.

Rimmel lipstick in 077 ASIA

Hello,

So I've been loving this lipstick and it was very affordable at £5.49 which I think is a great price point for these lipsticks. The formula isn't quite as creamy as the Kate lipsticks, but this increases the staying power of the lipstick which I think is very useful and increases the wear time of the lipstick which I like. Also the packaging is sleek and simple and I think these are some great lipsticks to try if you're on a budget.

Clinique lip pop in Cherry

Hello,

So Today I've got a review of a lipstick which I've been loving, and the formula of the lipstick I've been loving for a while, I got this lipstick as a freebie in a  glamour magazine and I have to say it's perfect! And is great for travelling! The colour is a nice red-ish with pink undertones, the swatch is very true to life. The packaging is also very chic and I like the fact that it has the colour of the lipstick on the packaging as I find that helps when choosing a colour!

L'Oreal Color Riche J'Lo's nude

Hello,

So here's a lipstick I got for christmas! It's so lovely, and a perfect nude shade that's so easy to wear! I can't get enough of it and had to take my blog pictures quickly so I could start using it immediately!

As I've said in previous posts I really like the packaging of these lipsticks!

Basically I love this lipstick and can see it quickly becoming my most reached for nude lipstick I own, of which I own too many!

L'Oreal Color Riche Naomi's Delicate rose

Hello,

So doing some last minute christmas shopping I decided to pick up a few things which you'll be seeing some reviews of over the next couple of days but here's the first one to kick it all off. 

So I got this beautiful lipstick from L'Oreal, it's a lovely consistency, the lipstick is actually quite sheer and it feels beautiful and weightless on the lips which is perfect and the colour is beautifully muted and understated which is perfect just to through on and it will go with anything. Although it's not long lasting it doesn't wear badly and does sink into the cracks in my lips or anything else your lipstick decides to do when it has a mind of its own!

Finally I want to talk about the packaging, I love the black and gold, I think that it looks sleep and elegant, and the signature is a nice touch.

Clinique lipstick in 05 Melon pop

So as I've said in a previous post I love the packaging and consistency of these lipstick and I especially like this colour it's a really nice colour and I've found a dupe of the lipstick which I'll be sharing with you in a few weeks, so if you don't want to fork out £16 on a lipstick which I completely understand then that one's a cheaper alternative.

Clinique lipstick in Beige pop

Today's review is of my new lipstick obsession. I know that these lipsticks came out a while ago, but I really love them and now have three! Firstly I like the fact that the packaging contains the general colour of the lipstick as it means that I can easily pick up the shade that I want to use, as opposed to a lipstick with all black packaging where you have to read the labels. Then the colour and consistency is great, it's not too creamy but equally not drying, it's the perfect equilibrium between the two. I think they're really great lipstick and I also like the fact that there is no smell to the lipstick either.
