Revlon matte balm *New Shades*

So I saw that there were some new shades of the Revlon Matte balm and I have to say I'm pretty much in love with both of these shades, I love the formula of these lip products and I also like the fact that it's a twist up lip crayon which is perfect.

Bourjois Happy Light Matte primer

Hello,

I really like this product but there are a few things to be wary of. I find that if you apply too much of the product, then it peels off slightly so that's not great. Additionally if you have sensitive skin then this product is heavily scented, so be aware.

But the consistency of the product is exactly like a light moisturiser. And prolongs the wear of makeup. Which is the point of a primer, also the feeling on the skin is as if there's nothing there, so long as I don't apply it too liberally. 

Overall this product is a very good primer, it increases the lasting power of your makeup and is an attractive easy to use packaging. All in all this is a product I would recommend anyone to try it out, particularly if your skin isn't too oily.

Vampy lips

The quintessential winter look, dark lips and loads of mascara! Here's the two products I use to create my no fuss vampy lip, although I have a more complicated one coming up for you guys!

I lined my lips using the Maybelline colorsensational lip pencil in midnight plum to prevent bleeding of the lipstick and increase the wear of the lipstick.

Then I layered Rimmel Matte Kate lipstick in 107 over the top!

Simple!
