Soap and Glory new gloss sticks

Hello,

So these aren't new products per-say, they've been repackaged and I think some of the colours have changed, but they've effectively just been given a face lift and now only cost £3.50! However the amount of product has dramatically reduced. In these you only get 1.5g of product and in the other you got 2.72g. However I don't know about you but it normally takes me a year to use up my lip products, so I'm not too worried about the fact that there's less product. Especially as I actually prefer the packaging a lot and I like the fact that it's cut like a lipstick rather than a crayon. The colours are nice and balm-y which feels nice on the lips. I'd definitely recommend you try them out if you haven't already in the old packaging.

Smooth operator...

Hello,

I wanted to introduce you to something that truly saved my lips! This product is multi-pupose, and so I've used it on my cuticles and occasionally really dry patches! It's in a really easy to use applicator and you don't have to worry about sticking your fingers into a pot. It makes my lips look plum and almost resembles a thick lipgloss but it doesn't make my lips sticky in the slightest and I'd really recommend that you try it out, if you're in Australia!

Balmi in sweet mint

Hello,

So I hope you're having a great day, I got a post to day about the Balmi lip balms which I suppose are sort of the UK equivalent to the eos lip balms. They cost £4.99 form Boots which is a little steep, but I suppose in this is a new sort of concept for lip balms. It's easy to apply because you don't need to get any on the product on your finger, but when it gets low I anticipate it'll be more difficult to apply because it will become wider. The sent of the mint is nice, but if that doesn't float your boat they have coconut, Raspberry and strawberry! Once applied you can feel the product on your lips which I personally like but it's not for everyone.

Overall I think it's a nice concept and it comes with something so you can attach it to your key rings. So I like it but personally I think I'm a carmex girl when it comes to lip balms because they feel more moisturising on the lips and are less gimmicky.
