Here's a lip liner that I have been using with my lipstick darker pink lipsticks, I also love wearing it with lipgloss. I think Rimmel is the most creamy formula of lip liners which I like when putting it on my lips because it doesn't drag too much and it's not as drying on the lips which is great for the winter time because my lips get really dry.
I highly recommend the Rimmel lip liner if you want creamy lip liner for a cheap affordable price, this is only £2.99.
