I can confirm I have finally found a cheap eye base which does the same job as my Urban decay primer potion, but is for a fraction of the price it amazing. The KIKO eyeshadow primer is great and stops my eyeshadow creasing for a whole day! It's quite a thick constancy but I can live with that, and the packaging is nice and easy to use. If you haven't already you need to try this.
