French toast anyone?

Hello,

So here's possibly one of the easiest recipes you'll ever come across, it's french toast and all you need to do to make it is get some egg, white bread minus the crusts and nutmeg, then a topping of your choice!

First I cut the crusts off my bread and then I dipped both sides in the egg and nutmeg mixture then I fried both sides of the egg and there you have it delicious french toast!

Peanut butter squares

Hello,

So today I was craving something a little sweet, and something that perhaps you shouldn't be eating too regularly but they taste so good!!!

You will need:
250g of digestive biscuits
250g light brown sugar
150g of butter
350g peanut butter (personally I prefer crunchy but it's your choice)
2 tsp vanilla extracts
200g dark chocolate

Crush the digestive biscuits, mix with light brown sugar, melted butter, peanut butter and vanilla extracts. Place the contents in a lined backing tray. Then melt the chocolate and put on top of the mixture. Then place in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or in the freezer for 1 hour. These taste so nice hope you give them a try, I got the recipe from a Loraine Pascal recipe, you should check out her cookery book, it's great.

Banana Pancakes

Hello,
This is on of my favourite breakfast at the moment, it's relatively heathy but tastes amazing. Although I'll warn you, if you don't like Banana's then I would advise against this since you can definitely taste the banana in the pancake.

First you need to crack 2 egg (this recipe makes enough for 2 or one very hungry person!) Whisk the eggs, then mash up 2 Bananas (Note the more you mash then the smoother the mixture.) Then combine the whisked eggs and mashed Bananas, put some olive oil in a pan and heat. Be careful at this point because of the hot oil. Then pour small amounts of the mixture into the pan and cook. These pancakes are better if you make them on the smaller side, because otherwise they're difficult to flip and tend to break apart.

Once they're cooked enjoy with a topping of your choice, I personally like Nutella, golden syrup, maple syrup or sugar and lemon on the top. All are nice but you can also eat them plain since you have the taste of the Banana, oh and cinnamon would also make a nice topping.
