Hot chocolate anyone?

Hello,

Since I've been coming back late from uni I've been enjoying having a treat and this is my go to treat, a yummy hot chocolate with marshmallows.

To make this I put a mug full of milk into a pan, then I put one spoon full of chocolate powder and then 4 squares of chocolate. Continue to whisk this together and then once heated pour into the mug, over the top of a handful of mini marshmallows, you can add cream too if you want!

French toast anyone?

Hello,

So here's possibly one of the easiest recipes you'll ever come across, it's french toast and all you need to do to make it is get some egg, white bread minus the crusts and nutmeg, then a topping of your choice!

First I cut the crusts off my bread and then I dipped both sides in the egg and nutmeg mixture then I fried both sides of the egg and there you have it delicious french toast!

Peanut butter squares

Hello,

So today I was craving something a little sweet, and something that perhaps you shouldn't be eating too regularly but they taste so good!!!

You will need:
250g of digestive biscuits
250g light brown sugar
150g of butter
350g peanut butter (personally I prefer crunchy but it's your choice)
2 tsp vanilla extracts
200g dark chocolate

Crush the digestive biscuits, mix with light brown sugar, melted butter, peanut butter and vanilla extracts. Place the contents in a lined backing tray. Then melt the chocolate and put on top of the mixture. Then place in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or in the freezer for 1 hour. These taste so nice hope you give them a try, I got the recipe from a Loraine Pascal recipe, you should check out her cookery book, it's great.
