Urban Decay Full Spectrum

Urban decay full spectrum palette.

Packaging
This palette has been suitably hype and as a lover of urban decay products for a while I had to get my hands on it. Firstly the packaging is beautiful. The Urban decay UD on the front in muti-gradient-colour is beautiful and contrasts/stands out perfectly from the matte black background. The packaging is aesthetically perfect although not particularly travel friendly since if dropped the plastic packaging is likely to cause the eyeshadow to shatter and the generally bulky nature of the palette.

Eyeshadow
For the eyeshadow I really like the quality of the centre row. The matte eyeshadow have excellent pay off and come up really nice particularly when used over a white eyeshadow. Several of the glitter based eyeshadows have particularly poor payoff and just seemed to be glitter particles which isn’t particularly great. However the other shadows make up for this. And overall apart from three of the eyeshadows they’re all the same urban decay quality.

Price point
As Urban decay is a more luxury brand it’s unsurprising that the price is £45. However, since I bought it when there was a reduced price I got it for £36.50. Which is a much better price if not still expensive!
I think that £45 isn’t worth it, and if you want a really good quality colourful palette get the makeup revolutions Colour Chaos palette. However if you’re willing to splash out on this palette then I would recommend it on the quality of the eyeshadow and the range of colour options available. And it’s great if you want to experiment with different colours and then also wouldn’t recommend it for a beginner.

Thanks for reading x
