EOTD - Harley Quinn

Hello,

To create this makeup look I used a gel liner to create a sort of almond shape round my eyes and then I also used a black powder eyeshadow to blend around to create a softer edge to blend int the other eyeshadow. Then I used a black liner on the inner water line. And a red matte eyeshadow to blend around the eye and then I put down white liner to make the red more brighter. And I copied this on this other eye using matte blue eyeshadow. Then I drew my brows quite boldly with a deep brown and black shadow.

This is the look I'll be wearing for Halloween!
